Ashleigh has lived all her life in Falkirk. She attended Falkirk High School. Ashleigh graduated from Stirling University in 2011 after 7 years completing a BA(HONS) in business law and spanish and the accelerated LLB with Merit. She completed the Diploma in Legal Practice in 2012.
After completing her Diploma, Ashleigh undertook her traineeship at a prominent firm of solicitors in Falkirk where she made regular appearances at Falkirk & Alloa Sheriff Courts. Thereafter, she spent over 5½ years with two well established firms in Dunfermline.
Ashleigh deals with all aspects of child and family law including divorce, separation, contact, residence, cohabitee claims, children’s hearing cases along with debt recovery, settlement agreements and power of attorneys.
Ashleigh has also been appointed a child welfare reporter in both Dunfermline and Falkirk Sheriff Courts. Ashleigh is a member of the Scottish Family Law Association.
Ashleigh has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Family Law Mediator.

My hourly rate is £200 per hour plus VAT. We also offer the first 15 minutes of your advice completely free of charge at your initial appointment.

Yes, Ashleigh is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Family Law Mediator. Mediation is a voluntary process where both parties need to be willing to participate. You jointly instruct one Family Law mediator and will attend sessions with the mediator together, to discuss the issues which need to be resolved and to work towards a solution which works for your family.
